This flag represents EVO Pueblo (“Volveremos al Pueblo”), the political party founded by former Bolivian president Evo Morales in 2025 following his split from the Movement for Socialism (MAS). EVO Pueblo, short for Estamos Volviendo al Pueblo, was created to revive Morales’s leadership after internal disputes within MAS, and this flag has become the central visual symbol of the new movement.
The design features a white background with bold vertical stripes of green and blue along the edges. According to the party, each color has specific symbolic meaning:
White symbolizes peace (la paz)
Green represents nature and Mother Earth (la madre tierra)
Blue stands for water, sky, and the air (el agua, el cielo, el aire)
At the center of the flag, in deep blue lettering, are the words “EVO Pueblo”—a direct reference to both Evo Morales and the party’s populist foundations, rooted in indigenous, rural, and working-class support.
