This 3-inch embroidered patch is reportedly worn by fighters in Syria and features a bold red inverted triangle with Arabic text reading “وأله لجهاد نصر أو استشهاد” (“And for Jihad, victory or martyrdom”). The red triangle is a long-standing symbol of Palestinian resistance and is said to be used to in this design to show solidarity with Qassam Brigades fighters in Gaza.
